MEET KNOX MEATS
What began in 1987 as a way to process meat for the family eventually became a way to serve neighbors. One customer became another. The shop grew. Equipment changed. Buildings changed. Generations changed.
But the important things didn’t.
Today, Knox Meats is family owned and operated by a local Amish Mennonite family with deep roots in farming and agriculture and still carries the same values it was built on: excellence, hard work, honesty, cleanliness, quality and treating people right.
Because around here, reputation matters. And we intend to keep earning ours.
